WHY WE WERE CALLED

We were once called by a client in Cammeray to investigate a blocked drain. Emily immediately established a time for booking with the client and booked it in for James, our senior plumber, to attend the site.

WHAT WE DID

James reported that he cleared 9x balcony drains, blockages were caused from tree root growth. He also cleared pebbles out of lower ground drain using a jet blaster. He then cleaned out storm water pits of property and then attempted to clear outlets but was found that they ran into absorption trenches which seem to be no longer functioning.

RESULTS

After 7.5 hours, James has finally completed all works and drains were all cleared out. We booked in the client for another 6 to 12 months for preventive maintenance work in order for us to check their drains and avoid blockages.
