    Co-owner, Emily and our office manager will immediately respond and acknowledge acceptance of receiving your request. This ensures you know we have received it and the standard sequence of contacting and the owners/tenants will occur. This eliminates any unnecessary phone calls or emails from the manager. We need to be the eyes for both the property manager and the owner ensuring all plumbing related jobs are recorded and noted for anything that either requires an urgent repair of a preventive maintenance job set in place - eg: clearing gutters or clearing blocked pipes every 6 months.

    All jobs are booked in as they are received, and any urgent jobs are allocated to the front. We allow two hours per appointment to ensure we have enough time to diagnose the issue and report back with findings.
