WHY WE WERE CALLED

Water leak in your home could be costing you a lot of money on your water bill and could be a possible sign of a plumbing problem. If it seems like your water bill is higher than usual and your water usage has remained the same then there is likely a leak somewhere on your property. Leaks can also cause serious water damage to your home if left unchecked.

WHAT WE DID

Two tradesmen were required to do a flood test roof and external walls to attempt to identify the leak in Waverley. When windows directly above the leak were flood tested, it was clear that the leak was coming through the window frame itself.

RESULTS

We would recommend seeking the advice of a window fitting professional. We always recommend hunting down those pesky leaks as soon as you notice the signs.
