What is a blocked toilet?
An overflowing or non-flushing toilet is both an inconvenience and a hygiene concern. Blocked toilets are caused by foreign objects, excessive paper, or downstream blockages in the sewer line. We diagnose the cause and clear the blockage, often in a single visit.
Wet wipes (even those labelled “flushable”), sanitary products, cotton buds and nappies don’t break down in water, so they lodge in the bends of the pipe.

When blocked toilet repair is the right call
If only the toilet is slow or blocked, the problem is usually in the pan or the pipe just behind it, and clearing it is the right fix. If water rises in the toilet when another fixture is used, or more than one drain is slow, the blockage is further down the sewer line and needs a CCTV inspection first.
