WHY WE WERE CALLED

A repeat client of ours has called us to investigate the burst flexi drain hose. We had to immediately report on site and do complimentary site inspection. We brought in the tools needed in order to fix the flexi drain hose.

WHAT WE DID

After doing complimentary site inspection, we removed and replaced the drainage hose. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to return to the shop on the same day and replace the drainage hose that we installed in the first place because it was incorrectly used by the crew causing the hose to split and not drain.

RESULTS

We have tested the equipments upon completion of work. It has been a big relief to the shop since they were afraid that the burst flexi will cause more damage if mistreated. We had suggested having a preventive maintenance check in order to check if the equipment is working in good condition and avoid major plumbing issues that may occur.
