WHY WE WERE CALLED

We were once called by a client in Bellevue hill after reports of a blocked toilet. Thomas, our tradesman, reported on site and conducted a site inspection.

WHAT WE DID

Thomas cleared the toilets using a plunger. He also checked the flushing mechanism for all the toilets and appeared to be in a working order. He also noted that if further blockages occur, we recommended removing the toilet, investigating the pan collar connection and reinstalling the toilet.

RESULTS

Thomas successfully cleared the blocked toilet. He also agreed with the client to book in a preventive maintenance check every 6 to 12 months to maintain the efficiency of all plumbing equipments.
