WHY WE WERE CALLED

Proximity Plumbing came to investigate a blocked stormwater drain in one of the strata blocks in Vaucluse. We ensure that we have all the materials and equipments needed to resolve the plumbing issue. Two tradesmen were advised to attend the site.

WHAT WE DID

The tradesmen immediately conducted a site inspection upon reaching the area. They removed all grated drains through outbuilding and cleaned/disposed of all wastes. The tradesmen set up a high-pressure jetter to clear tree roots and debris from all stormwater drainage that is causing the blockage. Using our CCTV camera, we checked all lines to ensure all cleared properly and in working condition.

RESULTS

Upon completion of work, the tradesmen made sure that he cleaned up the work area. The client has agreed to book in a preventive maintenance check using a high-pressure jetter every 6 to 12 months to make sure that all drains in her property are cleared.
