We were once called by a client in Rose Bay after reports of a blocked drain. Thomas immediately went on site as an emergency after hours service. He also conducted a site inspection upon reaching the property to diagnose the blocked drain issue.
Thomas set up a high pressure jetter and cleared sewer blockage in the mainline. With the use of the camera the blockage was found to be caused by tree roots and a permanent solution was provided on site to prevent further blockages.
Thomas successfully cleared the drain. The client also agreed to be booked in a preventive maintenance check every 6 to 12 months since it is very important to check our drains regularly and avoid having blockages/clogs.
