WHY WE WERE CALLED

A school in Bondi Beach has reached out to us and wanted us to investigate a sewer smell. James, who was in the same location, went immediately on site and examined the area.

WHAT WE DID

James obtained a sewer service diagram. He used a CCTV to camera line the toilet to the boundary trap but he hasn’t found any blockages that may cause the sewer smell. The tradesman continued to make further investigations on site and flushed out the floor waste gully, this is causing the sewer smell in the area.

RESULTS

James tested all works carried out. In 6 to 12 months, we will be scheduling a preventive maintenance check in order to maintain the efficiency of all plumbing-related equipments in this school.
