WHY WE WERE CALLED

Proximity Plumbing was required to attend the site as per request of a strata block after reports of a blocked drain in the common area, once onsite he noted there was an overflowing drain on the premises.

WHAT WE DID

Once onsite, the tradesman conducted a site inspection. The tradesman was required to gain additional help as it was raining and dark to run the clearing & CCTV equipment. A quotation was sent through the strata committee and approved immediately, the work has now been completed in full.

RESULTS

After successfully clearing the drain for a couple of hours, the tradesman tested the works and made sure that the blockages were cleared. We have also informed the strata committee that preventive maintenance every 6 to 12 months is important to make sure that all drains are cleared and so they can avoid emergency plumbing situations.
