WHY WE WERE CALLED

A strata block in Brighton has reported to us that there is a blocked drain at the side gully of the apartment block. William, the director, immediately went on site to investigate the blocked drain issue.

WHAT WE DID

After conducting site inspection, William found out that the sewer line was completely blocked and requires high pressure jetting. He proceeded in jetting the boundary trap and during the process, he managed to pull out tree roots, sanitary wipes and a hand towel – which were the causes of the blockage.

RESULTS

William was able to clear the blocked drain. The strata block has agreed to have a preventive maintenance check every 6 to 12 months for us to check the status of their drains and prevent exploratory digging and its added time and cost
