Proximity Plumbing has received an urgent call from one of our partner Stratas in Brighton le sands to immediately attend to a leak near the clothesline area. Our team went on site to investigate the leak.

The tradesman arrived on site and noted the cause of the issue. They found out that the boundary trap was overflowing, the tradesman was able to clear the line using a high pressure jetter & CCTV. He also noted the direct cause was found to be from a build up of wet wipes and sanitary products.

We have tested all works upon completion. We have notified the strata regarding the direct cause of the blockage. They can inform the tenants and unit owners regarding this. We have also confirmed to the strata that we will be carrying out a preventive maintenance check every 6 to 12 months to avoid such emergency plumbing issues and check if the equipments are working in good condition.
