Bronte Roof Leak

WHY WE WERE CALLED

We were advised by a private client in a residential area in Bronte who was experiencing water overflow and moisture build up on brickwork adjacent to the downpipe that resulted in moss growth. We are pleased to find a solution on the plumbing issue and report back on our findings.

WHAT WE DID

Once on site, we have prepared and cleaned all areas for sealing. Sections like the pipe penetrations, roof and box gutter were also sealed. Tradesmen also installed a nozzle for drain outlet so that the leaks will be prevented. If a leak persists, further investigation will be required.

RESULTS

As a result, the water has stopped going to the brick work. We will also return once the weather is good to seal up some joints. We therefore suggest that residents should maintain a preventive maintenance booking every 6 to 12 months to test if there is still an on-going issue to avoid major plumbing problems.
