WHY WE WERE CALLED

If your kitchen or bathroom tap is leaking from the spout or handle, it’s also a complete waste of water and money. It can happen to even the best kitchen faucets. We were asked to attend to a property in Coogee after reports of a common laundry tap.

WHAT WE DID

Tradesman attended the property and was required to quickly isolate water to the building and replace the outdoor garden hose tap and laundry taps, which were leaking and with the washes perished.

The tradesman also noted that the outdoor stormwater drain both at the rear car park and another front driveway is completely blocked and appears to have never been cleared.

RESULTS

We do suggest giving this a clean as regular maintenance which will prevent further issues.
