WHY WE WERE CALLED

Proximity Plumbing has received a call from one of our partner Stratas in Double Bay to attend to a leaking pipe in the storage room. We immediately went on site after receiving the call to make sure that we will be able to resolve the issue right away.

WHAT WE DID

We conducted a site inspection and found out that there is a 50 mm isolation valve to be dripping. The tradesman removed the existing isolation valve and replaced it with a new one. The tradesman also installed a pipe insulation to prevent condensation on hot days.

RESULTS

We have tested our works and the newly installed isolation valve and pipe insulation are working in great condition. We have also advised our partner Strata to maintain a preventive maintenance check every 6 to 12 months to assure that the equipments are working properly and may not cause any plumbing issue.
