WHY WE WERE CALLED

We received a call from a client in Dover Heights who recently reported a blocked drain located on the property’s top floor outside the bedroom. The client said that the french doors must be swollen shut. In order for us to assess the plumbing problem properly, we immediately attended on site.

WHAT WE DID

Once onsite, James conducted a site inspection. James accessed the balcony via ladder as the timber doors had swollen and couldn’t be opened. The outlet pipe of the balcony was full of tree leaves. He cleared the pipes and cleaned debris from the balcony.

RESULTS

After several testing, James was able to clear the pipes. He advised the property owner to book in a preventive maintenance check with Proximity Plumbing every 6 to 12 months in order for us to check their drains and avoid plumbing problems.
