WHY WE WERE CALLED

Overflows can happen when heavy rainfall overloads the sewer system and also because of damage to pipes, power outages, or an equipment malfunction. On a saturday morning, we were called after reports of an overflowingsewer in Dover Heights.

WHAT WE DID

The tradesman located the boundary trap and attempted to clear it, however after 1.5 hours he was unsuccessful and our equipment became stuck due to a collapsed pipe which we believe to be in the council footpath area as we had approximately 5 meters of jetter hose in the boundary trap.

RESULTS

Based on our findings, an urgent excavation is required to attempt to locate the collapsed sewer pipe and clear the blocked drain. Proper maintenance of the pipes and drains on your property can help prevent sewer backups and flooding.
