WHY WE WERE CALLED

We received a call from a local client in Dover Heights looking for a plumber near me to fix a broken pipe. After attending the Dover heights home and conducting a $0 callout investigation we noted the pipe was crushed and was full of overgrown mature tree roots.

WHAT WE DID

Josh, our senior plumber, used high-pressure jetting and CCTV equipment for drain clearing up to 60 minutes to remove the blockage and tree roots, He also had to remove the portion of the broken pipe and replaced it with up to 1 meter of stormwater drainage at the base of the downpipe.

RESULTS

Our tradesman has successfully replaced the faulty pipe. We have also tested it upon completion. We have suggested booking a preventive maintenance check every 6 to 12 months to be able to maintain the interigty of the line to avoid it building up with tree roots and debris.
