Surry Hills Roof Leak

WHY WE WERE CALLED

We were called by a property manager whom we are currently working with for a real estate in Surry Hills. We were advised to investigate a roof leak. We had to report immediately on-site since we are trying to fix the leak before the storm comes.

WHAT WE DID

One on-site, we immediately conducted a complimentary site inspection. Two tradesmen with safety harnesses were required to investigate a new leak coming through the skylight. As it was still pouring with rain whilst on site we were limited with what we could do, Tradesmen were required to purchase a flashing product which was able to be applied in the rain.

RESULTS

Flashing detail was created and we believe has stopped the leak in this area as tenants haven’t reported to us any further issues. We have suggested having a preventive maintenance check every 6 to 12 months to establish consistent practices designed to improve the performance and safety of the equipment at your property.
