We received an emergency call from a private client to investigate the cause of a leak in Kensington. We immediately went on site and carried out a complimentary site inspection. Two tradesmen were required to climb onto the roof and clean out all leaves and debris stuck in a box gutter at the back of the property. Upon seeing the condition of the pipes and gutters, we were quoted to repair and require replacement immediately.

Upon receiving the approval of the quote,  we removed the corroded downpipes, supplied and installed three new downpipes. Removed gutters located at the back of the property, installed new colorbond gutters and investigated for possible leaks.

After further investigation, no leaks were found and the newly installed equipments are working in good condition. In order to keep the equipment running and prevent any costly unplanned downtime from unexpected equipment failure, preventive maintenance check every 6 to 12 months is important.
