WHY WE WERE CALLED

One of the most common items to cause toilet clogs are wipes. It seems reasonable that anything used to wipe an infant’s backside should be able to go down the toilet, but unfortunately, that just isn’t the case. Other common items to cause toilet drain line clogs are hair, paper, and just about any foreign object you can imagine. We were called by a commercial property in Paddington after reports of a clogged toilet.

WHAT WE DID

We attended a blocked urinal in the men’s bathroom, as this was the second time in approximately a month that this is blocked up. We decided it was best to remove the urinal and jet blast the section of drainage in the wall. Whilst on site we removed the second urinal and also jet blasted.

RESULTS

On completion, the tradesmen cleaned the bathroom and replaced installed urinals.

The seals for the urinal were found to be in poor condition however no suppliers had in stock. We will need to return with parts once they are ordered in and replace seals.
