WHY WE WERE CALLED
We received an emergency call from a private client who wanted us to investigate and fix a burst pipe in his beautiful home in Paddington. We urgently sent off our senior plumber and we guaranteed to the client to be on site within 30 minutes to fix the issue. Once on-site we carried out inspection.
WHAT WE DID
The two tradesmen went through the water pipe. They cut out the stainless steel kitchen wall and expose hot and cold pipework. They also replaced a small section of both hot and cold using press fittings and copper.
RESULTS
Since the issue was diagnosed immediately, no further issues were found. We have noted to the client that we should maintain a preventive maintenance plan to check if equipments are working well and avoid major plumbing issues that may arise.
