WHY WE WERE CALLED

Gutters and downspouts are an essential part of your home. They work to divert water away from your home, protecting your roof, siding, foundation, and landscaping. Without gutters and proper gutter maintenance, serious home damages are inevitable. Proximity Plumbing was called by a client in Paddington to clean their property’s gutters.

WHAT WE DID

Two tradesmen were required to set up safety equipment to clean the gutters using an extra tall ladder, all debris was bagged & removed off-site. We were also advised to have a look around the chimney area and advise if any issues can be seen. We found no plumbing issues in the chimney area upon our investigation.

RESULTS

We have tested our works upon completion. Cleaning out your gutters regularly is one of the important keys in avoiding expensive home repairs.
