WHY WE WERE CALLED

We received a call from our client who wanted us to fix a leaking roof in her house in Paddington. We sent off our tradesman to investigate the cause of the leak. The tradesmen have prepared safety harnesses and ladders to climb up into the roof and investigate the cause of the leakage.

WHAT WE DID

We carried out a complimentary site inspection once onsite, we put silicone every roofing screw on top of the roof with roof+gutter silicone. We have also waterproofed along upstand of flashing where building joints onto next door + waterproof around around 50mm vent pipe.

RESULTS

After further testing was made, the leak in the roof has stopped. The tradesman has offered the client to have a preventive maintenance check every 6 to 12 months that will help in extending the lifespan of the roof, prevent leaks and save money.
