WHY WE WERE CALLED
Clogged drains are a part of life—luckily, kitchen sink clogs are easy to address, and even easier to prevent in the future. Kitchen sink clogs are usually caused by food. Over time, all the foreign objects (especially cooking oil or fat) poured down the drain or garbage disposal can accumulate and form a clog. We were called by a client in Potts Point after reports of a blocked drain.
WHAT WE DID
The tradesman urgently attended the site after reports of an overflowing drain in the lower ground kitchen. With the use of high-pressure jet blaster to clear the blockage.
He then accessed the pump and grease trap to find all in good working order.
RESULTS
It’s a good idea to clean your kitchen sink drain every so often to prevent build-up and keep things in good working order. Preventive maintenance is a great time to do this.
