WHY WE WERE CALLED

A toilet that’s leaking water around the base can be an alarming experience. Stepping in water with bare feet is never pleasant, especially first thing in the morning. Our team has received a call from a strata block in Potts Point after reports of a leaking toilet.

WHAT WE DID

Tradesmen were required to attend the site after reports from a tenant that the toilet is continually running and will not stop. Whilst onsite, tradesmen noted the toilet needed internal parts replaced, and thus, the inlet + outlet valve was replaced.

RESULTS

Please note that we suspect a waterproofing failure in the bathroom as the person leaving below commented that he experiences leaks.
