WHY WE WERE CALLED
We were called by the strata block that we work with in Rose Bay as a tenant was experiencing a blocked drain. As this is something urgent, we immediately conducted a complimentary site inspection to find out the cause of blockage.
RESULTS
As a result, we have successfully completed a dig and jet blasted mine to clear huge tree roots. In order to avoid this kind of blockages, we suggested having a preventive maintenance check every 6 to 12 months to ensure no further issues are occurring.
