Tree roots in sewer lines can cause severe issues in your home, including sinkholes, gurgling toilets, and slow drains. Because sewage and water pipes are located underground, tree roots can grow right through them, causing leaks and other issues that could result in significant damage. A client in St Peters has advised us that there is a clogged drain in their property. Max immediately reported on site.
Max completed up to 90 minutes of drain clearing/auditing with the use of high pressure jetter + camera. The shared sewer line at rear of properties was found to have tree root intrusion.
The boundary trap located in the neighboring property found to be partially collapsed and in need of urgent relining.
Max was able to clear the drain. We also sent a quote to the property owner for an urgent relining. Roots in pipes are no small problem, so it’s important to get ahead of them. An annual plumbing inspection can go a long way in giving you peace of mind and preventing major damage before it starts.
