WHY WE WERE CALLED

A client in Vaucluse has advised us that there is a blocked drain in her property. Fortunately, James has just finished his job in the area so he immediately went to attend the site to investigate the plumbing issue.

WHAT WE DID

James proceeded to access the kitchen line from the level below and using electric eel managed to penetrate blocked. Blockage was caused by oils and fats as the drainage isn’t plumbed up correctly and running flat.

RESULTS

On completion tradesmen proceeded to use sulphuric acid to break up the remaining debris found down the line. We suggest returning to alter the drainage and avoid this from reoccurring. After works were completed all the drainage was individually tested to ensure no further blockages. If no further works or maintenance are actioned this issue could reoccur.
