We received a call from our client in Woollahra who reported a malfunctioning hot water unit. Jb and Bo immediately went on site and conducted a site inspection.
Jb and Bo notified the client that there is an issue on the old hot water unit. They also informed the client that the best way to solve the issue is to replace the old hot water unit. After getting the approval of the client, Jb and Bo immediately purchased a new 160L Rheem Hot water unit. They removed the defective hot water unit and installed the new one.
The tradesmen tested the newly installed hot water unit upon completion. They have notified the client to book in a plumbing check every 6 to 12 months to increase the efficiency of the plumbing equipments at their property and avoid the risk of breakdowns.
