WHY WE WERE CALLED
We were called by a restaurant in Coogee to clear a blocked drain. The tradesmen carried out a complimentary site inspection and found numerous problems around the drains at the pizza oven.
WHAT WE DID
Once the tradesmen diagnosed the issues in the restaurant, they did the following:
- Floor waste grate was taped up and the grate outlets were full of flour.
- Floor waste was partially blocked with flour and yeast etc. Used flex shaft to unblock.
- Basin sink was 80% blocked with the same debris, Flexi shaft used downstream of the sink to floor waste.
RESULTS
All wastes are now working fine. The tradesmen also advised the client to maintain a preventive maintenance check every 6 to 12 months to assure that the equipments remain to operate under safe conditions.
