When Warranty Is Not Covered Or Voided
All our parts and materials are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, generally a 12-month minimum. This excludes all tap/washers/gaskets and seals as there is no warranty on these products and often, we will advise a more permanent solution. Quite often, even if the product warranty is over, we will cover the issue with our workmanship warranty so long as we have had the opportunity to inspect our work within 6-12 months.
Please note we cannot fulfill our warranty promise if we are denied the opportunity to fulfil our complimentary inspection., furthermore, if anyone has touched or attempted to modify our work in anyway. We also reserve the right to be notified immediately if there is any issue with any works completed and a chance to attend site to inspect any problem that has arisen.
