We received a call from a Guy in Woollahra who wanted us to investigate a toilet that is making a gurgling sound. We immediately sent off our tradesman and did a complimentary site inspection upon reaching the property to see the cause of the problem.

We made investigations using our pipe camera and found out that there was a blockage in the common sewer line, We were able to clear the sewer line however the blockage was found to be from severe tree root intrusion. Whilst we have cleared the blockage there is still a large number of tree roots in the sewer pipe and we recommend returning to complete further clearing & potentially replacement of the old clay.

The gurgling sound of the toilet was gone. We are still in communication with the property owner to remove a large number of tree roots in the sewer line. We recommended having preventive maintenance check every 6 to 12 months to avoid major plumbing issues that may come up.
